Chef’s Mix; Cocoa Roll mix is a mixture that provides with practical and standard production facility for making roulades with ideal softness and high volume.

Chef’s Mix; Cocoa Roll mix. 1000 g.
An Egg 750 g.
Water 600 g.
Pie Additive (gel) 20 g.
Chef’s Mix; Cocoa Roll mix powder, egg, the additive and water are all blended in a mixer, cups are filled with mixture and baked.
Oven Tempereture :
160°
Cooking Time: Depending on the cup, approximately 40 – 45 mins.
